The team is made of of multiple disciplines, with years of experience in building and executing strategic projects across multiple industries and jurisdictions, including; the US, UK, Ireland and Poland. For larger programmes of work we engage with a network of trusted advisors, ensuring they are suited to each one of our clients specific needs.

Our Founder holds a voluntary position as the London Ambassador for the Scottish Business Network, a global network which includes hundreds of business owners and investors, enabling us to leverage expertise in some of the most niche practices.

Established a consulting entity in Poland which provided the client, a leading European Investment Bank, with a solution to the development of their transformation programme in avoiding the higher associated by engaging a Big 4 partner on ‘execution only’ work.​

Providing strategic analysis for a leading professional services firm on their expansion through M&A in territories including Taiwan, Romania, Ireland, Portugal and across their home market in the UK.

Developed the core operating model for a £40m division within a global law firm, including making key hires across 8 global locations.​

Delivered feasibility reports to leading FS organisations on new location strategies, providing in-depth market analysis as well as talent delivery roadmap - ensuring it can be built to the scale in a sustainable and cost effective manner. This included; Romania, Taiwan and Hong Kong.​

Delivered a large team, at scale, of individuals within the Fund Services division at one of the world's largest institutions, the team was located across both Dublin and London.
